Clutter was introduced into Outlook last year to help manage the email overload that most of us face each day, and as a feature it has gone down really well with users. Based on the success of this, Microsoft has improved how it works. The new version will see the Clutter folder disappearing to be replaced with ‘Focused’ and ‘Other’ tabs above the inbox. Emails that are most important will appear in the ‘Focused’ tab, while other emails are easily accessible straight away. You can move emails between these areas using the “Move to Focused” or “Move to Other” options – keeping you in control. This will be available on Outlook Desktop, Mobile and Web Apps in Office 365.
