This 1 Day course delivers an onsite introduction to Microsoft Teams. Microsoft Teams is an Office 365 communications platform that offers document storage, audio and video meetings, persistent workplace chat, and integration with many cloud apps. Its use use growing quickly in the workplace as more and more people find out how easy it is to organise projects using Teams.
This course will give guidance on how best to implement Microsoft Teams within an organisation. It discusses how it sits within Office 365, and in particular its relationship with SharePoint and Outlook Groups. We show how to use the core features of File Sharing, Chat, Meetings and Calls. Finally, we discuss governance and how to ensure that you are able to manage the Teams environment.
The course is a mix of demonstration, discussion and hands-on labs.
Aimed at IT staff to understand the core management of Microsoft Teams and gain an understanding of End User functionality.
