This 2-day course trains delegates to manage an Office 365 environment that may include Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business and Microsoft SharePoint. The course shows delegates how to manage users, manage service features including SharePoint site collections and manage licence plans.

Who Should Attend:

This course is intended for people responsible for managing an Office 365 Enterprise or Small Business subscription. It is assumed that the Office 365 subscription is already in place and any vanity domains added. 

Prerequisites:

No prior knowledge is necessary but a good level of IT literacy is highly recommended.
