Microsoft have rolled out seen counts for conversations in Yammer – this feature will allow you to see how many people have viewed your conversation. The details are as follows –

The first post will now show the number of unique users that have seen the first message in a conversation.

This feature will have design updates that will help users better understand Yammer’s purpose and help them map their work to those core scenarios to get the maximum benefit from the product. The group types map to the value proposition of Yammer. These group types are:

Nouns to describe the group’s type and membership and Verbs to describe the primary actions in the group.

The usage reports in Office 365 Admin Centre enable you to understand usage of the various services within Office 365. General availability of the Microsoft Graph reporting APIs that enables you to retrieve the usage data programatically, has just been announced.

Office 365 Secure Score

Secure Score for Office 365

Microsoft are rolling out a new set of features, based on feedback from your organisations. Office 365 secure score allows you to analyse your Office 365 organisation’s security based on regular activities and security settings. The updated features are as follows:

Active Seat Average Score. Displays a score based on organisations that have a similar number of Office 365 active seats you have.

Compare scores between two dates. This allows you to select two dates that you would like to compare your score on. Upon choosing the dates, you will receive a list of the controls that changed between those dates,. It will then advise whether the result caused an increase or decrease in the score.

Changes to reports actions. Azure reports have undergone a significant optimisation in terms of making them easier to consume and more relevant. Secure Score has been updated accordingly, allowing us to reduce the number of Azure report controls to two, while still allowing the same points total.

Search Action Queue. The ability to search the actions queue to easily find the actions you want to take.
