Focused inbox is a feature that filters emails within your inbox into two tabs – ‘focused and other’. Focused emails are emails that need to be acted on immediately. All other emails are sent to the ‘other’ tab. It is easy to switch between tabs and this feature can be enabled or disabled for users, giving admin full control over user experience.

This new feature will unblock many organisations from receiving the focused inbox. Organisations with modern authentication have already been receiving the focused inbox and the feature is available with build 16.0.8730 version 1711 and greater.

Service health dashboard updates for Office 365 When a service is healthy and no service incidents occur, the status returns as ‘false positive’. Service health dashboard now only shows posts for incidents that are actually impacting (or have impacted) a certain tenant, meaning that the ‘false positive’ status will no longer appear in the service health dashboard history view. A new feature being introduced is ‘investigation suspended’. This is when additional data or logs need to be provided in order to continue an investigation towards an issue. If no data or logs are provided, the post will remain in the history view for administration to reference for 30 days.

Conditional Access policies for Intune now available in Azure Active Directory  Configuring and managing Conditional Access (CA) is being made a lot simpler. Previously, you could manage CA in the classic Silverlight Intune console, on the Intune App Protection (MAM) blade, and through the classic Azure AD experience in the Windows Azure Portal.
