As a new start-up company Fidelis introduced Office 365 and SharePoint as a core solution within their organisation. As time was critical they requested our pre-developed SharePoint intranet; The AMT Hub: Standard Edition.

Our consultant travelled to the Salesforce Tower to meet with both the Head of IT and Group COO, whom filled the roles of Business Ambassador and Board Sponsor throughout the project. After working through our scoping templates, all requirements, objectives and goals were set and approved allowing work to begin.
Design and Installation of the site took place, with all required workflows being transferred and configured. Additional onsite review meetings & conference calls took place to ensure the final product met the original specification.
Training was requested in video format, as opposed to onsite, due to the high workload of Fidelis employees – AMT adapted their process and ensured these were developed and uploaded to provide effective learning materials.
Documents were either Global, London focused or Bermuda Focused, therefore, permissions ensured that the relevant documentation was visible.[/vcex_icon_box]
Daily Underwriter Management Conference Calls meant large amounts of minutes, actions and decisions. Our module is used to manage these in a central location to assist in data capture, fact based decision making and knowledge sharing.[/vcex_icon_box]
Holiday, Sickness, Training, New Starters and Expenses are all managed via the use of AMT Hub Modules with only a minority of HR functions already being outsourced. As a rapidly growing organisation the New Starter module provided a process to introducing new employees and ensuring their IT outsourcing were kept in the loop.[/vcex_icon_box]
Travel between London and Bermuda was extremely common, therefore, the creation of location sites providing, easy to administrate, information about local restaurants, hotels and entertainment provided assurance for those employees who would be away from their families on work.[/vcex_icon_box]
All Fidelis employees were impressed with the quick and efficient transformation of the standard SharePoint interface into a bespoke Fidelis site, reflective of the new brand they were developing.
HR Staff and Office Administrators were able to make use of the system to manage all critical documentation and resources that provided an impact to their staff.
